KIN KA金 華

CEO

I was born in a small town called LongJing in Jilin Province, China.
My father was a soldier and my mother was a university professor.
Thanks to the parents of the educator, I was able to learn many specialties such as piano, dance, opera from an early age.
When I was a child. I remember performing on stage the most.
Every time there was a performance, my whole family came to support me.
As the first grandchild of the Kim family, I grew up with the love of a handsome doctor's grandfather and grandmother always welcomed me with a warm smile.
My grandfather, who went to the war against North Korea and the U.S., always told me many stories about the war era.
The importance of life and the importance of family.
And a good person is someone who can help others, and a capable person is someone who can be considerate.
At that time, as a young child, I didn't understand very well, but the many stories my grandfather told me have been a great help to me now.
In the year that I entered the third grade of junior high school, an unimaginable misfortune happened to my family, who believed that I would live a happy life full of laughter.
It was my younger brother's medical accident.
Our house was filled with worry, anxiety, and fear in an instant.
Because of the exorbitant cost of the hospital, my father had to make money far away in Guangzhou, and my mother started a round-trip life between school and hospital to take care of my younger brother who was hospitalized while teaching school classes.
While I was watching my mother who was busy every day, I also tried to reduce her worries, so that I could solve the problems by myself if I could.
My four years of high school at Yanbian University Normal School were four years in which I was able to show off the many talents I had accumulated since I was a child, and it was a time of great growth.
In order to lighten the burden on my parents, I started a part-time job as a piano teacher, which was the first step for me to become a member of society.
At school, I was active as the president of the student council literary club.

A new city, a new environment, a new challenge for me.

After completing four years of varied high school life, I entered the Department of Music Education at Changchun Normal University in Jilin Province, ten hours away from home by train.
A new city and a new environment were new challenges for me.
My challenging four year college life has begun.
As soon as I entered the university, I won the grand prize at the freshmen's cultural festival. As a result of my efforts, I was able to receive a scholarship and reduce the financial burden on my parents.
In my spare time, I worked as a Korean teacher and a piano teacher at a foreign language school to earn my living. When I was in my second year at university, the moment of choice came.
When I was on vacation, my younger brother came to Changchun to have his eyes treated, and I started showing him around the hospitals.
The drugs prescribed at many of the hospitals were all Japanese drugs, and the doctors said, "It's difficult to cure it in China, so please try to find a hospital in Japan."
How can I get treatment in Japan? I did some research and found out that if family is in Japan, I can go to Japan on a family visit.
So I decided, "I'm going to Japan!".
When I talked to the principal of the school about my situation, he told me that I would be able to study abroad in Japan if I could earn the credits of the fourth grade while attending the classes of the third grade and the fourth grade at the same time. So, I worked hard and obtained the permission to study abroad.
On September 30th, 2005. I arrived in Japan as I had hoped.
I arrived in Japan on September 30th, 2005.
I could speak English, Chinese and Korean, but I only knew the word "cucumber" in Japanese.
I couldn't hear a word of Japanese, the too small room, and I didn't know if I could cure my younger brother's illness.
If you want to study for a master's degree, you have to take a Japanese test first, so you have to go to a language school for at least ten months.
I had to earn my living by working at a language school in the morning, sleeping until twenty two o'clock when I got home at five o'clock in the afternoon, and working night shifts at a salad factory from twenty three o'clock.
At that time, I was really jealous of people who were good at Japanese.
If I speak Japanese well, I can get a job with a high hourly wage and earn money for my younger brother's medical expenses.
After graduating from Musashino College of Music with a master's degree in Music Education, while managing a piano school, also became a radio personality.
That was the beginning of my career. Now, I have been acting as a master of ceremonies at many events and weddings held not only in Japan but also throughout Asia. In 2022 , I performed at a concert in Japan by Cho Sumi, a world-famous opera singer.

Opportunity doesn't belong to the seeker, it belongs to the catcher.

It's really not easy to secure a foothold for a business in Japan as a foreigner.
But if you have a goal and you run hard toward that goal, your chance will surely come.

Dream is not for see、Dreams for come true

In 2016, I met a foreign network business. I achieved an Asian record in 17 days, the title of Regional Vice President of Japan in 10 months, and ranked third in the world. While I was studying network business, I began to have other dreams and goals.
It is to become a person who can support many people to realize their dreams.
At such a time, I met Chairman Kasuya, the founder of Three peace ,and I was impressed by Chairman Kasuya's management mindset.
He want to make fun and happy memories for the person who has made a connection with Three peace. Their family, friends and people around them.
And he said, "I want to be a cool adult."
On June 19th, 2023, on the 16th anniversary, I became the president of the three peace representative director.
There are many foreigners living in Japan like me.
I want to tell my story to People who are trying hard to find opportunities in Japan.
I want to tell my story to women like me who are working hard while raising their children.
To those who wandeing around in the midst of a difficult life
To those who hesitating
To those who are challenging

I want to tell you my story.
Opportunity doesn't belong to the seeker, it belongs to the catcher.
Dream is not for see、Dreams for come true.
Three peace with the smiles of the family.
My heart is always Three peace
